CREATOR’S with its long history of renovating numerous iconic branded properties were Client Representative and Design Managers for the complete ‘live’ 16-month Holiday Inn Bangkok Property Improvement Program. As usual, our partners, SEA Consult were appointed as Project and Construction Managers.
The project started on 1 November 2016 with the initial design for the Mock-up Room which commenced construction on 15 December 2016 and was completed by 28 February and reviewed and approved by the owners and operators.
CREATOR’S commenced the new Ginger All Day Dining outlet on 20 April 2018, and with 172 guestrooms, Lobby Lounge, Connexion, Reception, Swimming Pool & Gym, the new F&B concept the Beer Republic, which opened in time for the Christmas and New Year break. We started the balance of 202 guest rooms on 1 November 2017 and handed over the project to owners by 31 March 2018 as set out per the original program, within original construction, and within owners’ budgets.
