InterContinental Resort Canggu Bali

CREATOR’S appointment as Client Representative was to provide Development Management, Cost Consultancy, and Design Management Services for the new build InterContinental Resort Canggu Bali designed by Bill Bensley which is located right next to the famous Echo Beach in Bali, Indonesia.

The InterContinental Resort Canggu Bali project consisted of a 165-key resort with surf & beach views rooms, as well as a deluxe villa cluster, spa, wedding chapel, cinema, ballroom, function rooms as well as the customary food and beverage facilities. NOTE! The property has now been rebranded at the Regent Canggu.

Part of our scope was also to appoint and coordinate the necessary consultants for structural engineering, M&E, lighting and kitchen designs, and peer reviews working together with the InterContinental Hotel Group’s architectural & technical team.
