As the leader of the growth design team for CREATOR’S, I have the honour of working with many amazing and passionate designers, partners and creators who are constantly looking for ways to grow our products and services. Our team is organized into four areas of focus, each with its own goals and methods:
Optimization: This is where we optimize the current experience of our customers and identify the pain points, gaps, and opportunities that affect their satisfaction and retention. We use data and metrics to prioritize and test the small but impactful changes that can make the experience more seamless and delightful.
Experimentation: This is where we experiment with new solutions for the existing problems and opportunities in our current experience. We use customer insights, market research, and emerging trends to generate and validate new ideas that can enhance the value proposition and differentiation of our products and services.
Innovation: This is where we innovate the future and create high-level concepts for product or business transformation. We use design thinking, prototyping, and storytelling to push the boundaries of what is possible and desirable, disrupt the current markets, and enter new ones.
TheHYPE Suite Night
Impact: This is where we measure and communicate the impact of our work to our cross-functional and core product partners to influence their strategies and product development. We use data visualization, case studies, and workshops to communicate the value of our work and foster a culture of growth mindset and customer-centricity.
Our growth design team is not only responsible for growing our own products and services, but also for collaborating with other teams across CREATOR’S to help them grow their products and services. We are always looking for new ways to learn from each other, support each other, and grow together as a team.
