The first stage of any architectural design is the development, design and schematics of futuristic façade systems, and parametric studies, followed by the tendering stages.
WE ARE AWESOME AT FAÇADE DESIGN
The Façade’X team are expert in producing detailed futuristic façade design drawings and systems specifications for iconic projects. We also work closely with façade contractors reviewing their shop drawings and producing their production drawings as needed.
WE ARE EXPERT PROJECT MANAGERS
Façade’X has acted as project manager for installations and quality control of fabricated unitised and complex bespoke façade systems. Our teams have managed all kinds of façades including podiums, building crowns and building maintenance systems projects.

Façade’X expert management team delivers concept, design and build of all kinds of façade projects, from the 309 meters high, 77-story MahaNakhon Bangkok through to the current 12-story Hilton Hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal.
