Our Services Are
Phase 1: Hotel Concept Creations and Experiences of the proposed property, whether new or for repositioning. CREATOR’S to start the pre-market research and site characteristics study, competition and target guests and visitors, Our team will work closely with the owners to understand their aspirations and goals. Once defined our architecture together with our interior design team will commence the basic concepts, layouts of operational requirements, number of rooms and types, amenities and facilities, and exterior concepts.
It is important that at this stage the property conceptually is creative so that it can stand out from the competition after completion. so that it can claim a significant market share but also be competitive. We also will start the initial budgeting, and profit & loss statements, and our marketing White Paper reports for proper due diligence assessments by the owners.
Phase 2: Schematic & Design: Once the Concept Creations and Experiences phase has been finalised and approved, we start the finer points of design deliverables. Our team together with the concept creators will continuously work with the schematic design team to ensure all elements such as architecture, structural engineering, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchens, fire services, and fire life safety and environmental requirements are properly implemented and coordinated with all principals. We also start preparing some visual renderings and mood boards for a visual understanding of the design and concepts.
It is crucial that all concepts; experiences and operational circulations and requirements are properly planned. This will also be required for the initial permitting requirements. will be implemented in the property’s Design, Operation, and Experiences. Even during this stage, we work continuously to improve and adjust layouts, concepts etc. as we move along to the next phase.
Phase 3: Design & Marketing Coordination: CREATOR’S will continuously monitor the design, budgeting and programming process. During this stage, we manage the working drawings and specification deliverables. As we also are hotel operators, we are able to check the documentation and continuously study these so that at all times try to remain +/-15% within budget and r to enhance its profitability. We also start preparing more images, renderings and mood boards for the sales & marketing team, the property website and social media activities.
Our team has delivered concepts, master plans, designs, budgets, and interior designs and provided technical management for projects with brands such as TheHYPE, Marriott Marquis, Park Hyatt, InteContinental, Holiday Inn, Four Seasons, Shangri-la, Jumeirah, Anantara, Dusit Deverana and some individually branded boutique hotels and resorts.
